Monarch Aqua has been pre-certified (Gold) by Indian Green Business Council for being constructed with least possible ecological footprint. With inclusion of rainwater harvesting, natural lighting, and resource-efficient fixtures, we have also used eco-friendly pipes and paints, and included a sewage treatment plant, an organic waste converter, and more.

Monarch Aqua is equipped with a multi-sports arena, and a spacious amphitheatre with lawn and terrace seating for events and performances. We’ve also included a squash court, a putting green, a mini-skating zone, a mini-theatre and a zone for indoor games.

Why take a long drive to a fitness centre when your home is equipped with a high-quality Gymnasium, jogging track, cycling stand, yoga, meditation & aerobics room and refreshing juice station? Monarch Aqua also has a library and reading room, yoga deck and even a pet park for your furry companions.

Monarch Aqua enables you to manage your business from your home, equipped with a business centre, lounge, meeting room and conference facility, complete with Wi-Fi and a reception desk providing coffee and refreshments. We’ve also included a banquet hall, celebration court and party lawn for special occasions with additional visitors’ parking.

Your safety is our first priority. The entire property is monitored with CCTV cameras, and there will always be experienced personnel scanning every entrance and exit from CCTV monitoring rooms. We’ve included a separate entrance for guests and visitors so as to manage and prevent outsiders gaining access to your home.

We want Monarch Aqua to be a safe, fulfilling and joyful home for individuals of all age groups. All areas have wheelchair and pram accessibility, and we have also included a senior citizens’ relaxation corner and medical nursing station. There will be a dedicated Childrens’ play area with toddler lots, a kids’ pool and a day care centre as well for your little ones.
